Our Process

Via Biomedical's Process

Our process has been developed, tried, and tested over 17 years with proven results. We begin by working diligently to truly understand your goal. We value transparent and thorough communication, so we conduct brainstorming sessions to discuss your concept and generate alternative ideas based on our experience.

Next, we develop prototypes until your goal has been met. This is accomplished by thorough testing and open discussions.

Once we have collectively achieved a design freeze, we can move on to further developing the design for manufacturability, including packaging and labeling. We then perform full testing, including sterility and biocompatibility based on our ISO certified quality management system. We provide validation work with complete documentation for regulatory submission. Then we help you plan for product launch and discuss manufacturing agreements for future builds.
